Packet Sysops of Northern California

The PSNC is a special interest group within the NCPA concerned with the organization and operation of automatic forwarding packet bulletin board systems (BBSs) in northern California. The PSNC maintains standards for BBS operation and mail handling and promotes the construction of packet network nodes and gateways which provide support for BBS forwarding.
